Breakfast:
Rates include breakfast for two.
Arrival
& Departure: Check-in is from 4:00p.m. to
8:00p.m. Check-out is 12:00 noon. The code for the electric entry gate will be sent
with reservation confirmation. We are happy to store luggage in the event of early arrival or late
departure.
This
is a Non-Smoking Inn: Smoking is only
permitted in the designated outdoor area,
regardless of the weather.
Children:
We regret that we cannot accommodate children.
Pets:
We regret that we cannot accommodate
guests with pets.
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover credit cards. We also accept cash, traveler's checks and
personal checks but must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or must be received 7 days
prior to the reservation. Holiday and special event
reservations must be paid in full at
the time of the reservation.
Deposits:
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card
deposit equal to one night's stay.
We require a 50% deposit for group or
multiple night reservations. The deposit is applied to the room charges and the
balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will
result in a full refund minus a $15 service fee. Cancellations made
within 7 days of the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. All deposits
are non-transferable to another date unless we are able to re-book the room, in which case a gift certificate
will be issued or the deposit returned minus a $15 service fee.
Corporate
Rates: Corporate rates are available for
midweek and longer stays. Please inquire. |
